Shared Room - Deposit Only
This payment is a deposit for your 2027 Costa Rica Retreat experience. Enrollment is not complete until remaining balance of $2000 has been paid in full for a shared room. Balance must be paid in full by November 1, 2026.
Your retreat experience includes:
• Daily yoga practice
• Breathwork sessions
• Myofascial release
• Waterfall hike
• 1 included excursion (choice of snorkeling or horseback riding)
• Three meals per day
• Access to the saltwater pool and full use of the property grounds
All deposits are non-refundable.
Before July 31, 2026: Full refund of any payments made, minus deposit
August 01 - November 1, 2026: 50% refund of any payments made, minus deposit
After November 1, 2026: No refunds
Payment plans are available, and all balances must be paid in full by November 1, 2026. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot and all payments made.
If you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your reservation to another participant with prior approval, on a case by case basis.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes.
There is no refund for unused services such as early departure, unattended meals, unused
complementary facilitator rooms, bookings, activities, tours and events.
In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster or an unforeseen world event, that
prevents the entirety of the retreat from commencing, money paid can be transferred to
future retreat dates or reservations.
